Use this form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information PropertyKete holds about you. We respond within 20 working days as required by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Access — what do you hold about me?

We send you a summary of personal information we hold tied to your email or account.

Correction — fix something that’s wrong

Tell us which field is incorrect and what the correct value should be.

Deletion — close my account and erase my data

We delete account information and saved reports. Payment records are kept 7 years for NZ financial record-keeping.

Other — something else

Describe your request in the message field. We’ll triage and respond.
